We started with a question the industry stopped asking.
What if the person who owes money is still a customer — and what if treating them like one recovers more, not less?
Recovia was founded in Sydney in 2026, inside the ZAAF Group, by people who had watched the same story repeat across construction, professional services and trade credit: collections handled by agencies whose only tools were pressure and persistence, torching business relationships to recover cents on the dollar.
The global evidence had become impossible to ignore — digital-first, empathetic, machine-learning-driven collections consistently outperforms the call-centre model on recovery, cost and customer satisfaction, all at once. Australia's incumbents weren't built for that playbook. So we built for it from scratch.
Today Recovia runs three products on one platform: Resolve for digital-first outsourced recovery, Reclaim for hard-end and complex debt, and Engage for enterprises running in-house collections under their own brand. Each side makes the other better — our operations train the models, and the models sharpen our operations.

Rules enforced by software are rules that don't get broken on a bad day. We encode the law, then we audit the encoding.
